Easy….yes. Sloppy….no.

“Easy” workouts are ok- they can help you recover from key training sessions. But “easy” should never turn into “sloppy”. Sloppy is lazy. Sloppy is disengaged. Sloppy is entirely non productive. Even when it’s easy from an energy system perspective it should still be on purpose and with intent for your nervous system.

Easy…sure….but also technically, mechanically and mentally engaged.
