It rejuvenates you physically and mentally and it has millions of years of evolutionary evidence behind it. We cannot survive without it. We cannot recover without it. We cannot win without it. Buy all the recovery products you want but nothing that has been invented or ever will be invented will come remotely close to how valuable sleep is.
